I have been trying to find silver linings in this pandemic as much as I can.  It’s REALLY hard sometimes, and I don’t at all want to minimize the challenges and hardships so many have been experiencing.  For my own mental health, though, I’ve been finding it helpful to practice gratitude.  For my parents who my little family has been supremely lucky to be podded with, for my children’s teachers, and for the opportunities I do have, even if they may look a little different than I had expected.
